Le Manoir

Sancerre Blanc 2022
Les Monts Damnés
This Sancerre white comes from our exclusively hand-harvested limestone-clay vineyards in Chavignol, on the famous "Cote des Monts Damnés", so named by our ancestors because it was a very awkward slope to work. However, it does have an exceptional terroir and ideal exposure. Excellent drunk young, it will open up over time, and age without effort. It will combine perfectly with all types of fish, and white meats in sauce.
Sancerre Rosé 2023
Le grand Fricambault
Also made from Pinot Noir, this is a rosé made by the "bleeding" method in thermo-regulated tanks. With an incomparable colour, fruity and refreshing, this is a summer wine.
Drink chilled (8°C).
To be drunk as an aperitif, but especially with salads, cold cuts and grilled meats.
Sancerre Rouge 2022

Serve between 10°and 12°C.
It goes perfectly with cold cuts, poultry, and red meats, as well as any French cheese.

Vieilles Vignes
From vines over 40 years old, this Pinot Noir is vinified in French oak barrels. It is powerful, dense and tannic. This is a wine that will age well, and needs several years before it begins to open up. Accompanies red meats, or meats in sauce, game and cheese.
