Le grand Fricambault

From the Pinot Noir grape, this is a light, round wine, full of red fruit aromas, and is made in thermo-regulated tanks. Serve between 10°and 12°C. It goes perfectly with cold cuts, poultry, and red meats, as well as any French cheese.

Appearance :

• A good intensity of ruby garnet-red complexion, clear.

Nose :

• Typical aromas: showing notes of ripe cherry and peony, mixed with a touch of graphite.

Mouth :

• The attack is frank and supple. The tannins gradually build, and help to conclude a firm finish. Well structured. The red fruit aromas persist.
